Hotel Bardo Recoletos Coco - Salamanca

The foyer's bright as a Texas morning, and the restaurant's four-course meal for just €16? That's a steal! The room was spacious and comfortable. Just wish the food had been served a mite hotter. The secure parking was a blessing too, so we didn't have to worry about our car. And let me tell ya, the Wi-Fi worked like a charm!

Location is excellent for a stopover, as it is close to the motorway. Free parking is a bonus, as is a low cost breakfast or table d'hote meal. A 15 minute walk and you are in the centre of bustling Salamanca with its golden architecture a feast for the eye and myriad bars with mouth watering tapas. Recoletos Coco is a winner!

Ideally situated near the motorway for an overnight stop.Good, free parking and wi-fi in the room.Spacious rooms with very good air conditioning. Excellent value and the breakfast was enough to set you up for the day.If you want to stock up on supplies there's a Carrefour supermarket within walking distance and lpg /Autogas users can find a Repsol garage with a pump just a few hundred meters away.Would definitely use it again.

Convenient stay with charming staff

The spacious rooms offered comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a family getaway. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the underground parking was secure and convenient.

The location was a bit far from the city center was good. Noise from events nearby disrupted our sleep, impacting our experience.

It does what it says on the tin. Great for a North/South stopover - but don't eat the food!- a bit of a schlep into town if you want to see sights -but don't go for the food! - excellent secure parking -but I'd avoid the restaurant if I were you! You get the picture - a really good bargain hotel, well run and appointed - cannot fault - but with a rubbish catering operation!

Pleasant and comfy hotel with a comfortable ambience and understanding employees especially Alvaro the waiter in the restaurant. All in all incredible value for money. Easy location - not too far from Spanish Red Cross. Thoroughly enjoyed pretty nice area.

Ideal location for overnight stop between Cadiz and France with free underground parking and value for money dining. Will be staying again.

A little remote for visiting Salamanca.

The reception staff were very efficient and helpful. The room was comfortable. There was secure parking for the car. The hotel provided internet wi-fi access.

The chambermaid had skimped on her work.The restaurant food was not properly heated and some was undercooked. The fixed-price menu included a main course which was not, in fact, available.

This hotel was incrediblevalue for money, I think. The venue was enchanting and clean, everything was great! Got exceptionally nice king room with a great bathroom which had a lovely walk in shower as expected, truly enjoyed it.
